The Carrera Agency, a Talent Management Agency specializing in information technology and digital strategy, design, and implementation, is looking for seasoned Business Development Managers to sell its professional consulting services in Southern California.

Business Development Manager Profile:
* Minimum of 5+ years recent sales experience selling technology consulting services or software technology in Southern California.
* Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base and creating new client base.
* Established network of “buyer” contacts.
* Demonstrated and verifiable track record of successfully meeting sales quotas/revenue targets.
* Tenacious, disciplined self-starter who works well independently and with a team in order to meet and exceed sales goals
* Ability to identify, qualify and close client opportunities
* Ability to open new client accounts (i.e. “hunter” mentality) and cultivate strong client relationships
* Strong account management skills which will include use of Salesforce.com
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to clearly articulate client value proposition
* Technical background preferred
