Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our client’s fast-paced and dynamic eCommerce product team. Our client is experiencing growth and this is an exciting time to join. The ideal candidate will possess experience in highly complex systems, ideally in the areas of Commerce, SaaS and/or Supply Chain.

This is a remote position from anywhere within the United States.

Role Overview:
The Product Manager will become an integral part of eCommerce, guiding the team in producing best-in-class eCommerce applications. You’ll work closely with key customer contacts, internal operations leadership, and the development team.

Qualifications:
* B.A. Degree in Computer Science, User-centered Design, or similar field
* 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including technical or eCommerce, SaaS and/or Supply Chain experience.
* Experience working with highly complex systems.
* Extensive understanding of Product Management techniques.
* Ability to understand, document, and dissect processes.
* Experience working with teams using the Agile / Scrum development methodology.

Responsibilities
* Define a feature roadmap that balances input from users with stakeholder objectives.
* Facilitate smooth bi-weekly deployments by proactively communicating with users.
* Write documentation that is a source of truth for the functionality of the platform.
* Present evidence to achieve buy-in with customers and at all levels of the organization.
* Connect needs from across the organization, visualize trends, and identify opportunities to solve multiple problems at once.
* Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure their time is spent effectively on well-defined, validated features.
* Validate planned features with users.
* Convert thousands of user stories into detailed feature requirements, sketches, and mockups.
* Develop processes to formalize the feature development pipeline.
* Ownership of feature acceptance and app usability.
* Ownership for one or a few product domain areas.
* Present a realistic, accurate picture of the development pipeline to key stakeholders at regular intervals.
