Job Description

We’re seeking a Mid to Senior level HRIS Analyst for a 6-month contract-to-hire or a Direct hire position with our client located in Irvine, CA. Seeking someone who can work onsite 4 days per week with 1 day remote. The ideal candidate needs to have a passion for project management and also a minimum of 3 years of HRIS Analysis experience with any type of of HRIS. Really looking for a people minded person who also still loves the data analytics side of the business with HRIS.

Needs to be an HRIS analyst who is strong in system analytics, configurations, enhancements, debugging – our primary system is successfactors but experience with Workday, Oracle, BambooHR or any additional HRIS systems is great!
3 years minimum if we were to bring in an Analyst vs. a Sr. Analyst
Strong desire to do project management – the team is capable of doing it now but prefers not to – someone who enjoys it and is good at it is a MUST.

As an HR Analyst, you will participate as a 4th member of the HRIS Analyst team:
• Partner with HR and their customers to leverage system automation, improve processes, and deliver workforce analytics.
• Build project plans and reports status in adherence to project schedules
• Consult with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning
• Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, configuration and testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
• Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Expectations:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, business administration or related field.
• 3 to 7 years experience designing, configuring, and testing HR systems with strong experience utilizing software development methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of HR business processes and data needs.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and experience delivering complex reports to stakeholders.
