Job Description

We’re seeking an SAP Security Administrator for a 6+ month W2 Contract position with our San Diego-based client. Both local and REMOTE candidates will be considered.

Role:
SAP, Security Administration
o  Design and development of provisioning processes in ServiceNow.
o SAP Security Role Builds.

Audit Controls (SoX and FDA)
o Ensuring all 10 Audit Control areas are completed timely.
o Assess remaining SoX applications for inclusion in Application Security control.

Documentation
o Policies, Work instructions, and Process Flows.
o Design monthly metrics of provisioning and de-provisioning activities.

Project Support
o Work with BA’s, Role/Risk owners to design security solutions for new or existing SAP systems or add-ons.
o Partner with network security to design a plan for recurring vulnerability management of web-based applications

Requirements:
•  4+ years of Application Security experience, Application or Database Security Administration
• Knowledge of access provisioning and de-provisioning, role administration, CUA implementation/support, and licensing controls.
•  Experience with implementation of SoX and FDA audit controls.  A minimum of 2 audit cycles preferred
•  Experience with securing SAP including but not limited to ECC, GRC, Solution Manager, Fiori, IBP, GTS, and EWM.

Requirements:
* Forward-thinking in helping to drive sales strategies and modeling.
* Methodical, practical, and analytical in definition and creation of processes.  Must have good project management skills.
* Knowledge of sales operations processes, particularly as they relate to selling software as a service (SAAS) as a well as on-premise installations
* Ability to understand data and interpret its meaning to advise and recommend actions.
* Working functional knowledge of SAP, SFDC, BI (Cognos is a plus), and Excel.
* Strong cross-team collaboration skills.  Global experience is a plus.
* Proven experience leading change efforts.
* Excellent presentation and writing skills with the ability to correspond at multiple levels of management required
