Job Description

Seeking an experienced, hands-on Aladdin Client Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and enhance front-office investment reporting solutions. This individual will work with portfolio, benchmark, and market data to deliver accurate, meaningful reporting that supports client and business needs.

Location: Pasadena, CA
Work Schedule: Hybrid – onsite Monday–Thursday
Compensation range: $65-75/hr W2, compensation may be higher depending on the skills and experience.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of end-to-end investment reporting experience, strong Fixed Income knowledge, and hands-on experience with Aladdin reporting. This is a technical, hands-on role requiring the ability to build reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad hoc front-office client reports.
* Analyze portfolio, benchmark, and market data, with an emphasis on Fixed Income.
* Develop reporting solutions using Aladdin, Excel, SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
* Validate reporting accuracy, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and resolve issues.
* Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to improve reporting processes and efficiencies.
* Partner with Investment Management, Client Service, Technology, Operations, and other business teams.
* Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications
* 5-10 years of experience in front-office investment reporting, including end-to-end report design and development.
* Hands-on Aladdin reporting experience – required.
* Strong Fixed Income investment knowledge and reporting experience.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL/data analysis capabilities.
* Experience with Python and Snowflake.
* Practical experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, to support reporting, analysis, or automation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
