Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our growing PMO team and assist in project management duties for all Digital initiatives, including Web, Mobile App, and Loyalty. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring an exceptional Project Manager who can quickly grasp the project scope and deliver results. We need someone who is a traditional project manager to manage scope, schedule, budget, vendor task execution and adherence to plan. NOT someone who is prioritizing features and product definition.
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term, 6-12+ months with the potential to extend or convert
Location: Onsite in Anaheim, CA
Rate: Qualified PMs are expected to start at $85/hr W2 – or higher DOE – plus benefits
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong project management and digital background. They will be comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders and possess the ability to streamline processes and create efficiencies. A passion for facilitating projects and holding team members accountable for deliverables is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Manage project schedules, communications and stakeholder expectations across internal cross-functional teams and external technology partners.
• In partnership with the Director of Product, manage the scope and schedule for digital projects across all phases from discovery to implementation and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Facilitate in business consulting and ideation activities with the goal of defining project scope
• Partner with general managers of different business units to align digital experiences with their respective marketing strategies and target audiences.
• Assist with evaluation and selection of vendors, ensuring the chosen technology meets our needs for scalability and future expansion across multiple venues within the ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and 3rd party vendors to define requirements, implement and test the mobile app or web features.
• Utilize structured Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools, like Smartsheet or Jira
• Under the direction of Product Management, facilitate in the creation and maintenance of a roadmap of features.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience in digital experiences across marketing, app, web, and/or loyalty
• Experience with vendor selection and management
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Agile and Waterfall project management experience
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence
• PMP and Scrum Master certifications are a plus
