Job Description

We’re seeking a Director of Digital Product to lead the Customer/Lead Management value stream.

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader within a large, B2C organization ($1B+ revenue). You will be responsible for developing the product strategy and roadmap, leading a team of product managers, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
The role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, customer experience, and agile development, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. You should also have experience with CRM, MarTech, and other digital platforms.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for lead management.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team.
• Define and track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams.
• Champion customer needs using data-driven insights.

What You’ll Bring
• 10+ years of digital product management experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in large-scale B2C environments.
• Expertise in digital technologies, CX design, and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
