Job Description
IT Program/ Project Manager – High-impact GenAI solutions program Clinical Operations
Duration: 6 months to start
Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA
Compensation: Starting at $75/hr W2 plus benefits
The IT Program/ Project Manager will serve as the primary internal project lead for a high-visibility, high-impact GenAI solutions program for Clinical Operations. This role is responsible for driving coordination, alignment, and execution among internal cross-functional teams: Clinical, IT, leadership stakeholders, and vendors.
• As a Program manager, you will lead the strategic planning and facilitate roadmap planning for a multi-year initiative and prioritization for long-term and short-term objectives. Program Managers also coordinate and lead workshops and support leadership-facing deliverables. You will be influential in aligning the program and scope with stakeholders, and defining and measuring project success metrics.
• As a Project Manager, you will drive delivery of the project, manage vendors, schedule meetings, share meeting notes, provide clear and transparent project communications, maintain project schedule and artifacts, manage dependances, and mitigate issues and risks. Additionally, you will Gather and synthesize feedback from clinical teams.
Required Experience
• 10+ years of program and project management experience
• 2+ years of Pharma/clinical background (clinical trials) and GxP experience, with a good understanding of the process and areas within the Clinical Study timeline.
* Experience in working with teams in Clinical Development, Medical Writing, Biostatistical analysis, and RBQM.
• Skilled in road mapping, project execution, executive management, vendor management, change management, relationship building, and executive communications
• Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-moving environment
• Solid understanding of data
* Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Generative AI exposure is highly preferred to understand how GenAI and automation can add value in the clinical trials space. #LI-RJ1 #LI-DNI
