About the Role
This IT Project Management position works alongside business and technical stakeholders to help maintain effective, technology-enabled processes — contributing to application implementation, data management, and regulatory support efforts.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Participating on project teams in a supporting capacity for application implementation, administration, and ongoing support.
* Reviewing and assisting in the development of processes required for the successful implementation of key software systems.
* Supporting the management of data from multiple sources and databases for submission to regulatory agencies.
* Interacting with clinical and regulatory functions on issues relating to electronic submissions.
* Supporting the evaluation and implementation of technologies that may improve the overall quality of systems across the organization.
* Consulting with department representatives to determine requirements for data access, reports, and interfaces.
* Working with primary system users to assess implementation of data management and interface tools, including regulatory and validation requirements for data management projects.
What You’ll Bring
* A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience supporting functional projects in a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment with exposure to FDA regulations, **OR** a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with relevant experience in a similar environment
* 5-7+ years as an IT project manager with proven ability to lead multiple, concurrent project end to end. Need to have excellent stakeholder engagement and project reporting. PMs are responsible for project tracking, RAID management, removing blockers, and moving the project forward within the timelines.
* The ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation and coordinate effective issue resolution.
* Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established procedures with consistency.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions. #LI-RJ1 #LI-DNI
