Job Description
Seeking an IT Project Manager who thrives on bringing simplicity from complexity and driving meaningful end to end technology initiatives to modernize technology platforms. PMs partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale enterprise initiatives, integrations, and process improvements. You’ll also contribute to maturing structure, governance, and best practices for project planning and execution from conception through completion for improved efficiency, scalability and security.
* Start Date: September 2026
* Duration: 6 month with potential to convert to an employee
* Location: Remote from West Coast US with some domestic travel
* Compensation: Starting at $55 per hour (W2) plus benefits
What You’ll Do
* Lead cross-functional projects across technology, operations, and enterprise systems from planning through successful delivery.
* Translate business requirements into project plans and scalable solutions, managing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
* Coordinate internal teams, IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure alignment.
* Lead requirements gathering, project communications, governance, testing, change management, training readiness, stakeholder adoption, and issue resolution.
* Identify opportunities for process and system optimization while supporting escalations and occasional after-hours/weekend activities required for business operations and deployments.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification preferred.
* 4-7+ years of experience in IT program management supporting enterprise system implementations or technology transformation initiatives.
* Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability, secure SDLC, data governance and/or security hardening is a big plus
* Strong technical aptitude and understanding of enterprise platforms, identity, productivity, and collaboration tools, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Experience supporting multi-entity or roll-up organizations strongly preferred

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at driving accountability.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects.
* Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
