Job Description

Join us for an impactful transformation journey as a Senior Process Analyst! We’re seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead a high-impact initiative focused on elevating process maturity, alignment, and execution across our organization. This is your chance to drive meaningful change through process design, optimization, and governance while supporting key enterprise priorities. M&A experience a plus.

Start Date: November 17th, 2025
Duration: 3-4 months
Location: Remote (EST Preferred)
Compensation: $60/hr+ W2 plus benefits (rate may vary based on experience and education)

What You’ll Do
– Lead a transformation workstream focused on process improvement, optimization, and governance
– Facilitate dynamic process discovery, design, and alignment sessions with business leaders and cross-functional teams
– Map, assess, and redesign end-to-end business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control
– Partner strategically with business and technology stakeholders to align process requirements with system and data capabilities
– Create and maintain comprehensive process maps, RACI charts, and standard operating procedures using industry-leading tools such as Blueworks Live, Visio, or Lucidchart
– Identify high-impact process improvement opportunities and dependencies that drive scalability, integration, and performance
– Collaborate with functional teams to define meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics for ongoing governance
– Deliver clear, actionable recommendations, detailed process documentation, and effective enablement materials
– Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working

What We’re Looking For
– 7+ years of proven experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or business transformation
– Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate engaging process design sessions and workshops across multiple functions
– Track record of successfully managing process engagements from discovery through implementation
– Strong foundation in BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma** methodologies
– Proficiency in process documentation tools (Blueworks Live, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)
– Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
– Outstanding analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities
– Experience thriving independently in fast-paced, matrixed environments
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
– Bonus: Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience preferred
– Plus: Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPA, or PMP
