Job Description

This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our Irvine-based client’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring exceptional support for end-users across various departments, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Accounting.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for system administration, configuration, and customization, ensuring best practices are implemented to enhance system performance. Additionally, this role will involve the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support Sales and Senior Management in data-driven decision-making.

* Compensation: Starting at $100K and higher depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Administration: Oversee user management, system access, and security, ensuring appropriate permissions and data integrity.
* Customization and Configuration: Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, and settings to optimize system functionality and enhance the user experience.
* Process Automation: Design and implement workflows, flows, assignment rules, and approval processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
* Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and CRM Analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement customizations aligned with business needs.
* System Integration: Support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce features and integrations with various platforms.
* Change Management: Manage change control procedures, including sandbox testing and production deployments, ensuring smooth system updates and enhancements.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionalities, documenting results, and providing feedback.
* User Support and Training: Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshooting, and guidance to maximize Salesforce adoption and productivity.
Qualifications/ Technical Expertise:
* 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience along with business acumen and an aptitude for finance and accounting.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification required.
* Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
* Experience with SQL or SOQL for data querying and manipulation
* Strong understanding of relational database concepts
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow for process automation
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, formulas) for data analysis and reporting
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
* Aptitude for finance and accounting, a strong business acumen, and comfort working with and interpreting numerical data.
* Clear and concise communication style
