Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Business Readiness, Testing, and Cutover activities for third-party vendors supporting an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Financial Systems transformation within the Foundation Program.
This role supports the Business is responsible for ensuring business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams are aligned and prepared for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, deployment, and go-live.

The Project Manager partners closely with the consulting team leading SIT execution, internal business and technical teams, vendors, and Program Leadership to drive execution, readiness, risk management, and successful operational transition. This role also supports broader business readiness initiatives required for separation and Day 1 independence.

Overview
* Duration: July 2026 – end of February 2027, with potential extension
* Location: Remote with some travel to Deerfield, IL
* Compensation: Hourly Rate starting at $80/hr W2 plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Business Readiness & Testing *
– Drive business readiness for SIT and UAT, ensuring testing prerequisites are completed.
– Partner with the consulting team to validate business readiness and coordinate with internal technical teams.
– Ensure business SMEs, testers, vendors, and stakeholders are prepared and engaged throughout testing.
– Lead regional readiness reviews and resolve readiness gaps before testing begins.

*Test Execution & Defect Management *
– Coordinate business participation during SIT and lead business-side execution for UAT.
– Monitor testing progress, participation, and execution quality across global teams.
– Coordinate business defect triage, prioritization, validation, and resolution with technical teams and vendors.
– Confirm testing exit criteria, business validation, data integrity, and operational readiness.

* Cutover & Deployment *
– Support business readiness for cutover, deployment, and transition to operations.
– Coordinate activities across Business Readiness, Technical Teams, Consulting Partner, and Third-Party Vendors.
– Track dependencies, identify risks, and escalate issues impacting deployment and go-live.

* Cross-Functional Leadership *
– Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, vendors, consulting partners, and Program Leadership.
– Coordinate global execution, drive stakeholder alignment, and support Day 1 operational readiness.

* Program Governance *
– Track business readiness, testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies (RAID), and overall project status.
– Provide structured reporting, governance updates, and executive-level communications.
-Identify risks early and drive corrective actions to support successful project delivery.

* Qualifications *
– 8–12+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
– Experience supporting large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
– Strong background managing business readiness, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and deployment activities.
– Experience coordinating global stakeholders, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams.
– Excellent communication, organizational, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to influence without direct authority and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
