Exciting Opportunity for a Yardi Administrator!
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Yardi Administrator to join our dynamic team. This part-time contractor role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving skills while contributing to the organization’s success.
*Start Date: ASAP
*Duration: 6 to 12 months
*Location: Remote
*Pay Rate Range: Starting at $55/hr W2 and up, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
*Provide ad hoc technical and functional support for organization’s Yardi system
*Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the system
*Implement configuration changes and workflow enhancements to optimize processes
*Develop and customize reports to meet evolving business needs
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications and Skills
*Proven experience as a Yardi Administrator, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
*In-depth knowledge of Yardi software, including its modules, configurations, and customization capabilities
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
*Proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data analysis
