Overview
* Duration: 12 months (extendable – multi-year initiative)
* Start: Immediate

* Compensation: $80-85/hr W2 plus benefits. W2 contract only, no C2C

Critical Skills:
• Strong project and program management skills with experience leading complex ERP or Oracle Fusion implementation programs.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion business processes and implementation activities across HCM, PLM, Record to Report, and Order to Deliver.
• Demonstrated ability to manage SI vendors, hold delivery partners accountable, and ensure vendor work products meet business, technical, quality, and timeline expectations.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear status updates, decision materials, risk summaries, and escalation recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and external partners to drive alignment and decisions.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, testing progress, and deployment readiness in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining clear accountability and delivery discipline.

Strategy and Planning:
• Lead the planning and execution of an Oracle Fusion business transformation program across HCM, PLM, Record to Report, and Order to Deliver workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive status reporting for the transformation program.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures, and business outcomes in partnership with executive sponsors, business process owners, IT leaders, and the SI vendor.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure clear ownership, timely decision-making, and alignment across process design, data, integrations, security, reporting, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies, risks, issues, scope changes, and escalations to keep the program on schedule and aligned with business priorities.

Operational Management:
• Manage day-to-day program execution for the Oracle Fusion transformation, ensuring delivery teams remain aligned to approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and business value objectives.
• Serve as the primary project coordination point between business leaders, functional workstream leads, IT application teams, technical teams, data owners, change management resources, and the SI vendor.
• Establish and manage operating rhythms, including workstream meetings, design reviews, testing checkpoints, readiness reviews, steering committee updates, and escalation forums.
• Provide governance over the SI vendor by managing deliverables, milestones, resource commitments, issue resolution, quality of work products, and adherence to contractual expectations.

• Support organizational change management by coordinating communication, stakeholder engagement, training readiness, business adoption, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
